Every software company says it delivers quality on time. Almost none will write down what happens if they don't. We will.
Fixed price and a fixed date
You get the full price and the delivery date in writing before a single line of code is written. No hourly meter, and no invoice that grows while you watch.
We pay for our own delays
If the delay is ours, our invoice drops by 5% for every week we are late, capped at 20%. Delays caused by pending approvals or new requirements from your side are excluded, and we tell you the moment a decision is holding us up.
Your repository, your cloud, from week one
The code goes to your own GitHub account and runs on servers in your name. You can read it, audit it or hand it to another team on any day of the project. We never hold a build hostage until the last payment clears.
Stop on any Friday
Pay for the milestones already delivered and walk away with working software, the source code and the documentation. There is no notice period and no exit fee.

BookMyGarrage is our own product, not a case study we were hired for. It is a vehicle servicing marketplace connecting car owners with garages, handling partner onboarding, bookings, job cards and payments.
We built it, we operate it daily, and we answer for it when something breaks at nine on a Sunday morning. That is a different kind of experience from shipping a project and moving on.

Answers
Questions clients ask first
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, from the first commit. The repository is created in your account, the servers are in your name, and the agreement assigns all intellectual property to you. We keep nothing.
Why build custom software instead of buying a ready-made product?
Sometimes you shouldn't. If an off-the-shelf product fits how you already work, buying it is cheaper and faster, and we will tell you so. Custom software is worth it when the ready-made options force you to change your process, when per-user licence fees keep climbing as you grow, or when the thing you need simply isn't sold.
How does the delay clause actually work?
The agreement names a delivery date for each milestone. If we miss one and the cause is on our side, that milestone's invoice reduces by 5% per week of delay, up to a maximum of 20%. It is applied as a credit on the invoice, so you never have to chase us for money.
We are outside India. How do time zones and payments work?
We can overlap US, UK and Gulf working hours for daily communication, and the Friday build gives you something to review in your own time. We invoice in your currency and accept international bank transfer.
What if we already started with another developer and it went wrong?
Send us whatever you have. We will review the code and tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or faster to rebuild, along with what each option costs. That review is free.
How do you protect our data and our idea?
We sign your non-disclosure agreement before we see anything. Access is limited to the engineers on your project, and all credentials stay in accounts you own and can revoke at any time.
How soon can you start?
We take a limited number of projects at a time so that our dates stay believable. Ask us on the call and we will tell you the real next available start date rather than the one you want to hear.
